The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that investigators arrested Jeffery R. Klapp, 34, of Waterloo on July 28th.
Investigators said that Klapp failed to update his sex offender registry photo as required by the New York State Correction law regulating sex offenders.
He was charged with Failure to Update Photo- Sex Offender in accordance with the Corrections Law.
Klapp was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and released on his own recognizance.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
