Waterloo Athletics Sports Physicals are scheduled for Monday, July 31 and Tuesday, August 1 from 8:00 am-11:00 am at the Waterloo High School nurse’s office from 8:00 am – 11:00 am. Every student playing a sport will need to be registered on Family ID. You can log in through a computer or an iPhone. If you do not have access, you may register at school during Sports Physicals on Monday or Tuesday morning (July 31, August 1) from 8:00-11:00am. All students that have had physicals with your own doctor will need to register with Family ID also. All students will need to drop a copy of their Physical off at the nurse’s office.
