On Monday at 8:13 pm members of the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 27-year-old Auburn man following a traffic stop on State Route 414.
During the traffic stop officers detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. A search of the car was conducted, and approximately two pounds of marijuana was located.
Deloch was charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a Class D felony, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and a traffic citation.
He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail.
He’s due back in court on July 27th.
New York State Police assisted at the scene, according to police.
