On Thursday at approximately 2:22 am members of the Waterloo Police Department arrested Amanda S. Wellington, 33, for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Church St.
Officers say Wellington was operating her vehicle without headlights, and was found to have a blood-alcohol content higher than .08 percent.
She was also charged with failure to use headlights in addition to the DWI charge.
