Cayuga Community College gets $10,000 grant to help recruiting

Cayuga Community College was recently given $10,000 to further its recruiting efforts.

Jeffrey Rosenthal, vice president of student affairs, said at a board of trustees meeting Wednesday, that the money, which came from the SUNY system, will be directed at CCC's instant admission days.

That's a program in which potential students can arrive at the Auburn or Fulton campus and apply for admission, register for classes, write out a federal financial aid form and more — all in one day.
