Police in Waterloo arrested a Port Byron woman following an investigation into a domestic incident.
Officers say Crystal M. Baker, 28, was charged with second-degree harassment and resisting arrest after a domestic incident on Stark St.
Details of the incident were not released, but all charges will be answered in Village Court.
