Deputies in Ontario County arrested a 58-year-old Naples resident after an investigation into a threat made at Luigi’s Restaurant on numerous occasions.
Francis William Phillips is accused of threatening to kill employees at the restaurant on several occasions. He was charged with third-degree menacing, third-degree stalking and resisting arrest.
He was arraigned in Naples Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail on $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 secured bond.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
