On July 8th members of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Salamanca man on a number of charges – including one felony after he intentionally damaged a sprinkler head at the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
Marcus Redeye, 20, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree falsely reporting an incident after he allegedly damaged a sprinkler head during an incident.
He was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
