Now the full Seneca County Board of Supervisors will vote on a motion Tuesday to allocate $5,000 to create an online system on the county website through Fingerlakes1.com to receive complaints of offensive odors from county residents.
The Environmental Affairs Committee voted 3-2 June 27 to approve the allocation, proposed by committee Chairman Steve Churchill, D-Seneca Falls.
