A Penn Yan man faces multiple felony charges after a drug investigation was concluded and resulted in a warrant being issued.
Penn Yan Police arrested Aaron J. Joyce, 37, of Penn Yan after a lengthy investigation into the sale of dangerous narcotics in Penn Yan.
Joyce allegedly sold narcotics to an undercover police officer with the Penn Yan Police Department. A warrant was issued for his arrest and he was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance – a Class B felony.
He was also charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
He was transported to the Yates County Jail and was held until arraignment.
