A Canandaigua teen is facing multiple charges and violations after he was stopped on a watercraft at the north end of Canandaigua Lake on Tuesday.
The 17-year-old was stopped around 9:35 pm and charged with operating after sunset, failure to produce a safety certificate, boating while intoxicated and boating while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher.
He was issued tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
