On Monday night at approximately 6:47 pm, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Eric M. Fegley, age 31 of Waterloo, for Rape in the first degree. The arrest stems from an alleged incident involving an adult female that occurred on Sunday, July 2nd in the Town of Seneca Falls.
Fegley was arraigned before the Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000.00 cash bail / $10,000.00 secure bond. An order of protection was issued.
Fegley is scheduled to re-appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on August 3, 2017 at 5:30 PM to further answer the charge.
