Auburn man pleads guilty to raping teenage girl, robbing Kwik Fill in Cayuga County

An Auburn man has confessed to two separate crimes in Cayuga County — first for raping and filming a teenage girl and then for robbing a convenience store.

Lucas Corrado, 24, of Auburn pleaded guilty to three felonies Tuesday in Cayuga County Court.

First, Corrado admitted to one count of third-degree rape and one count of promoting a sexual performance by a child for having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl.

According to the Auburn Police Department, in September 2016, Corrado allowed the teen to stay at his residence for three days without her parents’ consent. During that time, Corrado admitted to having sex with her, and on one occasion, he said, he filmed it with his cell phone.
