When del Lago Resort & Casino opens its 205-room hotel and spa this weekend, Portico by Fabio Viviani will roll out something new of its own: brunch.
Beginning Saturday, July 1, the eatery will offer brunch. Viviani, who visited the restaurant last week, previewed the menu during an event Thursday at Portico. He said it will mix some of the American classics with “Italian surprises.”
The restaurant, which bears the name of renowned chef Fabio Viviani, opened inside the casino in February. It began serving lunch in April.
