On Monday at approximately 9:35 am emergency units were called to a motor vehicle crash on County Rd. 37.
Deputies say a 2015 Hyundai operated by William E. Schlueter was traveling north on County Rd. 37 when he executed a left turn, turning into the path of a 2016 Ford pickup truck.
The pickup truck was being operated by Benjamin D. Merlau, of Cohocton.
Schlueter was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital with a head injury and was cited for failing to yield the right of way.
Honeoye Fire and Ambulance also assisted at the scene.
