A Victor man was charged with driving while intoxicated after deputies say they received a complaint of a sick or intoxicated driver.
Brian S. Kumpf, 48, was charged with DWI after he was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. A caller said that Kumpf was all over the road.
Appearance tickets were issued an the charges will be answered at a later date.
