While the strong and severe thunderstorms that moved through the Finger Lakes on Father’s Day packed quite a punch, the big impact after the storms passed wasn’t the flooding or physical damage to property.
Rather it was the power outages, which left thousands without power in the central portions of the Finger Lakes.

Here are the latest outage numbers:
Cayuga: 270
Ontario: < 50
Schuyler: 1,522
Seneca: 1,807
Steuben: 492
Wayne: < 50
Yates: 241
