Canandaigua man charged with AUO, no interlock device after accident

A Canandaigua man faces multiple charges after an accident on Booth St. in the City.

Police say Todd Holton, 41, of Canandaigua was arrested on June 9th around 10:30 pm for driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without an interlock device, due to a previous DWI conviction.

Holton was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle without an interlock device, possessing of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and backing up unsafely.

He was taken to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
