Deputies in Seneca County arrested an Interlaken man on a warrant after an incident that happened at an earlier date.
Franklin Bell, 67, of Interlaken was arrested and taken into custody on June 11th around 4 pm, according to deputies.
There was an active arrest warrant out that stemmed from a second-degree harassment charge.
He was arraigned in Lodi Town Court and released on his own recognizance. The charge will be answered in Covert Town Court.
