On Sunday around 3:04 am deputies arrested a Canandaigua resident following a traffic stop on State Route 332, which was initiated after the driver was observed operating her vehicle with a flat tire.
Amber M. Steepe-Lester, 25, of Canandaigua was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated per se.
Deputies say she was observed driving by them in her 2012 Nissan sedan with a flat right front tire, which was running on it’s rim. Upon investigation she was found to be intoxicated and charged.
The charges will be answered in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date.
