Lake Ontario management plan up for review and feedback

The Lake Ontario Lakewide Action and Management Plan is under review, and the public is encouraged to provide feedback on its latest update.

The plan was created under the Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement, a partnership between Canada and the United States, which creates management plans for each of the five Great Lakes every five years on a rotating basis, according to a release. The agreement is meant to restore, maintain and protect the Great Lakes.
