Deputies in Seneca County charged a 40-year-old Waterloo woman after a domestic incident involving another female.
The incident took place on Wednesday around 1 pm.
Deputies say Tifini R. Mills, 40, of Waterloo was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree harassment after a domestic incident where Mills allegedly engaged in a physical altercation with another female.
Mills damaged property as well during the incident, according to deputies.
The charges will be answered in Waterloo Town Court at a later date.
