A Rochester man is facing a grand larceny charge for allegedly stealing gasoline.
New York State Police out of Auburn said Roger Rives, 51, filled up his truck with gas on Monday at the Nice N Easy gas station in Tyre without paying. It was not clear how much he took or how he pumped the gas, police added.
