On Thursday June 1st at 1:30 am, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Justin J. Leyden, 29, of Waterloo for petit larceny.
The arrest stems from a complaint of a male not paying for merchandise at Walmart.
Leyden was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.
His next court appearance is set for June 14th.
