A 32-year-old homeless man has been charged with felony burglary after an investigation into items stolen from a Lodi residence.
Deputies say Nicholas K. Budd, 32, of no permanent address was charged with second-degree burglary, a Class C felony, as well as petit larceny.
Budd is accused of entering a Lodi residence on May 22nd and stealing property that did not belong to him around 2:30 am.
He was arraigned in Covert Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 secured bond.
