The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office says on Wednesday an investigation into manufacture of methamphetamine at 1619 County Route 15 in Catherine resulted in the arrest of three individuals.
Richard A. Franklin, 41, Rachel J. Pyhtila, 19, and Ronald H. Havens, 64 were charged with third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine – a Class D felony.
The charges allege that the trio possessed several items of laboratory equipment and chemicals to manufacture the drugs.
The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are pending.
The three were arraigned and remanded to the Schuyler County Jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 secured bond.
