Farmington duo resisted arrest in cemetary

Two Farmington residents face multiple charges after an incident at a cemetery involving law enforcement.

Deputies arrested Jessica L. Casillo, 25, and Audley A. Williams, 28, on State Route 96 in Farmington.

Casillo was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Williams was charged with second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana and obstructing governmental administration.

Both were located in a vehicle in a cemetery during overnight hours. While speaking to the two parties, deputies detected a marijuana odor coming from the vehicle. While trying to investigate – both parties refused to cooperate and comply with lawful orders.

They were transported to the Ontario County Jail where they were held on pre-arraignment detention. The charges will be answered in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
