A Clifton Springs man has been identified as the victim involved in a fatal motorcycle accident, which happened Thursday night in Mendon.
The accident happened when Thomas Mincer, 28, of Clifton Springs hit a deer and then a guardrail around 8 pm on Boughton Hill Rd., near West Bloomfield Rd., in Mendon.
Boughton Hill Rd. was closed for roughly two hours after the accident initially took place.
