The National Weather Service has cancelled the Severe Thunderstorm Watch for a vast majority of the region.
The showers and storms leftover in the area are moderate or light. Some of the storms that passed through earlier though packed quite a punch bringing winds and hail.

Be sure to stay tuned to the FingerLakes1.com Weather Center throughout the day on Wednesday as another round of potentially strong or severe thunderstorms is possible.
The National Weather Service says that on Wednesday gusty winds will be the primary risk associated with any storms that develop during the afternoon hours.
Heavy rainfall, which could cause minor street flooding will also be a risk, as it was today. The storms that moved through the area earlier dumped a significant amount of rainfall in a very short amount of time causing headaches for some on the road.
