Deputies in Ontario County arrested James L. Sheridan, 17, of Farmington following an incident where he allegedly caused damage to a wall.
Sheridan was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. Deputies say he kicked the door in to the victim’s bedroom and punched a hole in the wall, causing more than $250 worth of damage.
Sheridan was transported to the Ontario County Jail and held on pre-arraignment detention.
He is due back in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
