State Police continue to investigate a 15-year-old missing person case in Wayne County
Authorities are seeking the public’s assistance to help solve a 15-year-old case involving a missing Clyde man, Douglas C. Stresing.
Stresing was reported missing on May 27th, 2002, in Clyde, New York. He was last seen at around 8:30 am, walking westbound on State Route 31 toward the Village of Clyde.
At the time of his disappearance, Stresing was approximately 5’10” tall, weighed 160 pounds, with brown eyes and curly brown hair.
He wore glasses and had a beard and moustache. Stresing also had a tattoo of the Grim Reaper on his left upper arm.
He would now be 54-years-old and was known to frequent area bars and taverns. He formerly lived on Old Route 31 in Clyde.
Stresing was previously employed at Swanson Welding on Glasgow St. in Clyde and has worked as a welder.
