The Seneca County Sheriff’s Department reports that on May 20th at approximately 5:30 am deputies responded to a Town of Tyre business for the report of a larceny.
Sheriff’s Deputies report that Jim Hightower, 49, of Rochester stole $50 from another customer while at the business.
After further investigation Hightower was arrested for Petit Larceny and was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Tyre Court on a later date to answer the charges.
