On May 19th at approximately 11:58 pm members of the Canandaigua Police Department arrested a Syracuse man for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop.
Officers say Timothy J. Lucero, 47, of Syracuse was pulled over on South Main St. for vehicle and traffic violations.
They say Lucero was found to be driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license. He was charged with DWI, and aggravated unlicensed operation.
The charges will be answered in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
