On May 20th at approximately 9:30 pm the Ithaca Police Department responded to the 400 block of Floral Ave and the 600 block of Chestnut St. for reports of assault victims.
Two victims were located in nearby areas, according to IPD. Both victims were transported to Cayuga Medical Center for treatment of their injuries.
Police say two suspects were arrested in the case, but the identity of those individuals is being withheld as they’re both minors.
The duo was charged with first-degree gang assault, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, and second-degree strangulation.
