On May 18th at approximately 9:35 pm police were assisted by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office in executing a search warrant at 38 Bristol St., which resulted in a 43-year-old being charged with possessing crack cocaine.
John R. Daniels III, 43, of Canandaigua was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, according to police.
The search warrant was the result of an ongoing investigation into the sale of crack cocaine involving Daniels.
He was remanded to the Ontario County Jail.
