On Thursday at approximately 9 pm deputies in Ontario County arrested three individuals after an investigation into a larceny that happened at Eastview Mall.
Deputies say Angeliz Marrero, 19, Kiaraliz Delgado, 21, and a 17-year-old worked in concert to conceal six items with a total value of $107 before passing all points of purchase at Von Maur.
All three were charged with petit larceny and issued appearance tickets. They will answer the charges in Victor Town Court.
