A Penn Yan man is facing charges related to a domestic incident after police were called to the incident on Wednesday.
Penn Yan Police arrived at the scene around 10:47 am and say that Christopher Castle, 23, entered an apartment illegally and took a cell phone from the victim while they were trying to call 911.
He was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
The charges will be answered in Penn Yan Village Court on May 22nd.
