On Thursday deputies in Ontario County were called to Walmart in Hopewell for the complaint of a shoplifter.
Deputies say Shandalea I. Bolton, 31, of Canandaigua entered the property while a ban was in effect advising her not to trespass. She allegedly had also taken merchandise during her visit to Walmart.
The merchandise was valued at $71.42.
Bolton was taken into custody for third-degree burglary and arraigned in Hopewell Town Court. She was then remanded to the Ontario County Jail.
