On May 1st at 4:42 am the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Marilyn J. Durham, 39, of Seneca Falls for driving while intoxicated, and operating with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more.
The arrest followed an investigation of a complaint of a subject that was sleeping in their vehicle in the Walmart parking lot.
The charges were answered in Seneca Falls Town Court.
