An Arcadia man is facing child pornography charges after an investigation was initiated by Wayne County Child Protective Services.
Deputies say Ryan Russell, 44, of Arcadia had nude photos of a child on his cell phone. The photos were taken without the child’s knowledge, according to investigators.
He had been arrested in March for endangering the welfare of a child, and on May 17th was charged with promoting sexual performance by a child, possessing a sexual performance by a child, and two counts of unlawful surveillance.
He was remanded to the Wayne County Jail without bail and a stay away order of protection was issued.
