The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that a Canandaigua man was arraigned in Ontario County Court before Judge Doran on a rape charge after an investigation was initiated in January of last year.
The Sheriff’s Office says that Lucas C. Blundell, 27, was charged with third-degree rape.
Blundell is accused of having sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 17 between June and September of 2015.
He entered a guilty plea in court and will appear in court on June 26th to be sentenced. Blundell is presently remanded to the Ontario County Jail.
