American Craft Beer Week, the annual celebration created by the Brewers Association, toasts small and independent brewers throughout the United States. This tribute to craft beer reaches Seneca Falls with the grand opening of Fleur De Lis Brew Works at 3630 Route 414 on May 20.
American Craft Beer Week (ACBW) is May 15-21. In its twelfth year, the occasion aims to share the diversity, creativity and passion of craft beer brewers with special celebrations, tap takeovers and distinctive brews with the beer drinking public.
In conjunction with ACBW, Fleur De Lis Brew Works hosts its grand opening May 20 from 10 am until 10 pm. Beth Partee, co-owner and beer parlour manager, says “We know ACBW is a remarkable week for craft beer lovers everywhere. Having our grand opening during this week is a great time to debut our specialty craft beer to the world.”
Fleur De Lis Brew Works occupies a unique space in Seneca Falls. The town’s only farm brewery uses locally grown and sourced ingredients including hops & grains to brew craft beer in a unique, rural setting. The brewery’s creativity is evident with distinctive beers on tap such as Louis Pasteur Milk Stout, Hublon Teroir IPA, Uncle Nit’s Wit and possibly a few other special brews.
Grand opening activities ramp up at 11 am with a ribbon cutting with Pam Helming, New York State Senator (R) 54th District and Paul Leone, Executive Director of the NYS Brewers Association scheduled to participate. After, craft beer drinkers have yard games and special vendors including Muranda Cheese Company, and Gino’s Sticks to explore. Demonstrations from Nando’s Abruzzo Style Italian Pizzelle and Brian Martens blacksmithing are other highlights of the day. Food trucks will be on site: Tonzi’s Catering, Upstairs Bistro and Waterfalls Catering. Mere Katz, a local band will round out the evening from 5 pm until 9 pm.

Fleur De Lis Brew Works is a Seneca Falls, NY farm brewery founded in 2016 by Jennifer, Craig, Beth and Jon Paul Partee. Their beer is brewed with local, New York state grown hops and malt.
