A Canandaigua man is facing a DWI charge after an accident on State Route 96.
Deputies charged Christopher Micheal Buskey, 35, of Canandaigua is accused of driving while impaired by drugs and also driving without proper license.
He went off the road and struck a utility pole coming to rest in a ditch. Citations were issued and Buskey will answer the charges at a later date.
