On Friday around 11:26 pm deputies responded to the intersection of County Rd. 22 and State Rt. 21 for the report of a two car accident.
Deputies say Nicole J. Langdon, 24, of Canandaigua was treated and transported from the scene to Strong Memorial Hospital for minor injuries to her face.
Deputies then responded to Strong Memorial Hospital to continue the investigation into the accident, at which point she submitted to a drug influence evaluation.
Langdon was found to be driving while ability impaired by drugs, and was charged with following too closely, in addition to the DWAI charge.
The charges will be answered in Canandaigua Town Court.
