The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of 27-year-old Christopher Rushing, of Rochester.
Investigators say Rushing was charged with second-degree burglary. The arrest stems from an incident in June 2015 where it is alleged he entered a home on Bristol St., and stole a safe from inside the residence.
Rushing is scheduled to appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
