State Police say a Waterloo man faces multiple charges after his involvement in a domestic incident.
Police charged Robert W. Fox, 39, of Waterloo with assault with intent to cause physical injury, criminal possession of a weapon, menacing, criminal possession of a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance not in an original container.
Troopers say they were called to the scene on Edwards Rd. where a domestic incident was reportedly in progress. When they arrived, Troopers noticed a loaded rifle inside the residence.
The victim was located inside a locked, parked vehicle and had suffered injuries from the incident.
According to Police, Fox was arraigned in Waterloo Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
A stay away order of protection was issued for the victim.
