On Monday at 3:00 pm investigators arrested a 30-year-old inmate at the Seneca County Correctional Facility after an incident involving another inmate in April.
Investigators say inmate John J. Pisano, 30, was charged with second-degree attempted assault. The charge stems from an investigation into an incident that occurred on April 28th where Pisano punched another inmate in the head and face numerous times.
Pisano was arraigned in the Town of Junius Court where he remanded back the Seneca County Correctional Facility. He’ll return to Romulus Town Court on May 19th.
