Deputies: Canandaigua woman possessed heroin during search

On Monday around 1:58 am deputies in Ontario County located a suspicious vehicle, which was parked at the Outhouse Park in Canandaigua.

Upon further investigation, deputies found a woman, asleep inside the vehicle, which prompted a search.

The female was identified as Rachel J. Lyttle, 26, of Canandaigua. She was found to be in possession of heroin and marijuana. She was issued appearance tickets and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
