For the fourth year in a row, dozens of people raced through downtown Auburn to help raise money for health care in Cayuga County.
On Sunday afternoon, roughly 50 teams of two braved the rain during East Hill Family Medical’s Amazing Race.
Inspired by the long-running reality show “The Amazing Race,” East Hill set up more than a dozen stations and pit stops at local businesses and attractions where each team had to complete an activity.
From popping bubble wrap at the UPS store to doing a bean bag toss at Wild For Yogurt, each activity was designed to take five to seven minutes to complete. And according to East Hill’s Director of Marketing and Communications Danielle Collier, all were suitable for children and adults to make for a family friendly fundraiser.
