An Auburn man has been arrested after a domestic dispute early last month, the Auburn Police Department said.
According to police, at around 11 p.m. April 7, officers were called to a residence on Frances Street for a domestic complaint.
At the time, the victim — a 28-year-old woman — told police that her ex-boyfriend, Jessy Jean Forney, stole her cell phone from her hands after repeatedly knocking on her front door.
Police said Forney returned to the victim’s home at around 4:30 a.m. April 8 and entered an enclosed porch through a window. The victim allegedly woke to find Forney on the porch and called police.
